Last night was hot smoked salmon with pasta & broccoli in a cream sauce.
Tonight is game pie ( rabbit, venison, pheasant, pigeon & not really game meat , guineafowl ). Served with mash & cabbage

Just been having a look on the net, you appear to have some good salmon,sea trout and brown trout rivers on Mull? Lucky you. Cool

Made two 'Sunday Dinner pies', one is in the oven,one is in the freezer. Pies contain chopped up leg of lamb meat,carrots,swede,onion,mushrooms,potato and gravy. Looking forward to pie coming out of oven! Cool

Remainder of the pot roast made for our son, tomorrow is offal pie (layers of liver, kidney and heart in a rich onion gravy, covered with horse raddish mash)
