Chunks of sweet potato, carrot and onions, cooked until soft, added a tin of chilli beans in spicy sauce.............and that's it.
Sometimes I add dried apricots, tomatoes and chick peas and call it Moroccan, but not tonight!

Apricots go well with bacon! Cool I made another corned beef and potato pie myself with mashed potato and gravy. Oh just can't get enough of my corned beef pies, so I made TWO and stuck tuther in the freezer for another time.(Wink icon but not sure which it is) Rolleyes

Corned  beef an potato pie is one of my favourites after trying different veg I like it best with mushy peas and onion gravy.
