Beef chilli with rice, I used 2 lemonella chillies and one yellow bumpy a touch of smoked paprika and my usual stock, smoked garlic and some ginger. it was beautiful

Salmon, new potatoes and asparagus.
I absolutely love chilli Can but there always feels as though there is something missing when I make it, no idea what. Maybe it’s ginger!

Had to take OH to a hospital miles away from where we live in an area we have never visited. Used the sat nav to get there but on the way back decided to blag it.
We had fish and chips from a small fish shop that was open, somewhere out in the sticks. Very nice it was too.
We did get home......eventually.
