We're having Briam with Mackerel this evening,   using my San Marzano Toms  but  store bought courgettes.

Egg day for me so chopped boiled eggs mixed with brocolli florets with a Katsu curry with fried onions and raw onions tipped over the top. Sounds disgusting but hit the spot! Cool

Fish, chips, garden peas and tomatoes with 2 rounds of bread and butter. We are self-sufficient in pea, potatoes and tomatoes.

Last night was salmon risotto
Today we’ll be having a bottle of Prosecco & picnic with friends in our new house at lunch time. To celebrate having a roof  Big Grin .

Tagliatelle and bol yesterday, today we're having Corned Beef pie with mushy peas.

Today we’re having family for dinner so it’s roast loin of pork with apple sauce, roast potatoes, boiled cabbage, steamed carrots, and steamed peas, followed by apple crumble and custard.

Got a shock on the scales this morning but unwilling to forgo my Sunday dinner. Rolleyes

A pork leg joint with swede, brocolli and French beans. No potatoes though, to try and be carb free as mauch as possible. The 'crackling' wa the best part of the meal. Cool
