I'm on holiday in Crete at the moment, and the hotels does proper home cooked, Cretan food. We always start every meal with cucumbers and tomatoes with tzatziki and bread, and last night I had the best moussaka I have ever had. Fresh sardines, pork chops in mint and mushrooms, with creamy polenta and a yellow split pea puree that is lovely. I will try to recreate all of this when I get home Smile
Tonight's dinner is a surprise
