spuds, peppers, onions, DFB all chopped into bit sized cubes tossed in garlic, salt, pepper & olive oil roasted. With pork chops and Chinese style kale.

Just had a tray of roast veg. Shallot ,carrot, turnip, beet, kohlrabi. Added boiled potato and CfB. All grown on the plot. Delicious.

Chilli con carne made with homegrown veg - tomatoes, garlic, peas, chillis (last years), red and orange peppers, the only non homegrown was the mushrooms and the meat. With boiled rice.
