Poached turbot with red peppers and heritage tomatoes with quinoa, wasn’t gone on the quinoa.

I've got the Peas in the slow cooker.

Turned the rest of last nights slow cooked beef into a beef & veg pie. Will have it with chips.

Sunday dinner was Pulled pork cooked in cider and onions with brocolli,sweet potato,mixed veg from freezer and roast parsnips. Afters was prunes and ice cream. Smile

Due to a successful fishing trip it’s turned into scampi and chips. Still with the chive vinegar.

Is it Monkfish scampi or from a Langustine? Such an ugly fish the Monkfish, I wouldn't know where to start preparing it. Rolleyes
